HR Manager

Our client, a world-renowned motorsport business, requires a talented HR Manager to join its dynamic team.

The HR Manager will play an important role in shaping company culture, managing recruitment and retention, and implementing HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding of new employees.
  • Create and implement effective staff retention strategies.
  • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and sensitivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR role in a company of a similar size.
  • Associate or Chartered membership of the CIPD (or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of employment regulation and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and confidence to work with various HR software platforms.
