The HR Manager will play an important role in shaping company culture, managing recruitment and retention, and implementing HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding of new employees.
- Create and implement effective staff retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage the performance appraisal process.
- Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and sensitivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR role in a company of a similar size.
- Associate or Chartered membership of the CIPD (or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of employment regulation and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and confidence to work with various HR software platforms.
